I worked as a Project Manager for Ivory Homes in St. George, Utah.  One of the projects I completed is this 12.5 acre park that was then donated to the City of St. George.  I led the project from raw ground through planning, design, execution, and closing.  I also studied and assisted in market analysis, real estate development and bidding for the 360 acre mixed use development.
